[CORPORATE] Simulate inbound fiat pay-in to stablecoin fiat account

Simulates a payment of specified units of fiat currency to the corporate stablecoin fiat account. Use this to test fiat-to-crypto on-ramp flows for corporate entities without sending real funds. Only available in sandbox environment.
