Create a user profile for linking bank accounts

Creates a user profile that allows the user to link their bank accounts. Once linked, funds can be pulled from the account when the user initiates a transfer.

Optional. Unique opaque key per logical write (e.g. UUID v4). Only applies to POST/PUT on routes that support it. Max 255 characters. Scoped to the authenticated principal. Omit for legacy behavior with no idempotency.
