Payout to external card/linked card for Bakkt bank account

Initiates a payout to an external card or linked card. Balance is checked in GL before processing. Returns 404 with code: CardBeneficiaryNotFound if the supplied card_beneficiary_uuid does not resolve to an active linked card downstream.

Optional. Unique opaque key per logical write (e.g. UUID v4). Only applies to POST/PUT on routes that support it. Max 255 characters. Scoped to the authenticated principal. Omit for legacy behavior with no idempotency.
