🚀 Accounts API v1.0.2 Eleven new payout currencies, US real-time payments, and live savings interest.

💱 New Payout Currencies in Preview Mode

Recipient destinations

• Mobile money or bank transfer: 🌍 XOF, 🌍 XAF, 🇹🇿 TZS, 🇺🇬 UGX, 🇿🇲 ZMW
• Bank transfer only: 🇱🇰 LKR, 🇳🇵 NPR, 🇲🇾 MYR, 🇸🇬 SGD, 🇨🇦 CAD (needs transit_code)

All are payout destinations only — not valid as a sending_currency.

🌍 XOF & XAF (shared-currency zones) in Preview Mode

• XOF infers the country: dialling code for mobile money, account_number (RIB 24 / IBAN 28) for bank. Mobile money 🇧🇯🇧🇫🇨🇮🇸🇳, bank 🇨🇮🇸🇳 only.
• XAF requires account_details.country (CM, GA, CG) — it cannot be inferred. Bank transfer is 🇨🇲 Cameroon only.

⚠️ Payout Constraints

• XOF amounts must be whole numbers — no minor unit, fractions are rejected.
• Mobile wallets are individuals only — corporate recipients must use bank transfer.
• Multi-operator corridors now use the operator you requested. XOF adds Orange and Moov.

⚡ USD Instant Payments

New transfer_method value INSTANT_PAYMENT (RTP / FedNow) in Preview Mode, addressed like ACH. The receiving routing number must support it. transfer_method is now returned on reads — null means ACH.

💰 Savings Interest

GET /accounts/user/account/bakkt/{account_uuid}/interest returns real accrued interest. Ownership enforced (403), windows in US Central Time, NOT_SUPPORTED where the provider offers no interest.

🔒 ACH Return Locks

Auto-lock now deactivates the account at the partner bank, not just in our ledger. A lock always covers every account of the enduser.
